Itrica – a technology company dedicated to building innovative products for use in clinical trials.

Itrica was founded in Cohasset, Massachusetts in 2006 to build technology solutions that reduce the cost and time required for pharmaceutical companies, academic and clinical research organizations, and trial participants to complete the clinical trial process. Itrica replaces inefficient manual processes with easy, fast and cost effective web-based alternatives providing all participants in the trial with high quality instantaneous data. Itrica’s process insulates its customers from all technology issues by delivering solutions as a service (SaaS).

Itrica’s operations are housed in a SAS 70 Compliant Data Center to ensure that we can provide high performance and high availability to our customers. Itrica’s customers only need to have an industry standard browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari) in order to access its solutions.

Itrica has been working closely with trial sponsors and research organizations to identify areas for process improvements. To begin, we develop a complete understanding of current processes and gain agreement on how processes can be improved. Our software engineers will then develop and deliver solutions in a timely fashion. Our deployment team will work with our clients to fine tune the applications to the exact specifications of the sponsor.
